With 18 years of experience in injection molding processes, we have mature technology and are familiar with key processes such as cold runner, hot runner, vacuum injection, and platinum vulcanization. We can stably control common issues such as air bubbles, marks, and missing parts.
We have our own mold design team, capable of supporting mold development for complex structures, thin walls, micro-holes, and rubber-coated parts. With a short prototype cycle, we can quickly verify formulations, hardness, and colors, reducing customer development risks.
The hardness, transparency, color, flame retardancy, conductivity, oil resistance, and other properties of silicone can be adjusted according to customer needs. We support food-grade, medical-grade, and baby-grade materials, meeting standards such as FDA and LFGB.
